I had the absolute pleasure of photographing Kimchan Kimchi, capturing the essence of her vibrant, handcrafted kimchi and her passion for good, honest food. Set against the beautiful backdrop of her lovingly converted farmhouse, we documented her cooking delicious dishes full of colour and flavour. We also spent time in her greenhouse, capturing her connection to nature and her values of sustainability, care, and respect for quality ingredients. The images tell a story of tradition, creativity, and a deep love for bringing people together through authentic, flavourful food.
