Ramen, no question. I discovered it living in Canada and have to say it beats Pho hands down. I lived in Vietnam too so I can verify this! If I’m sick bring me Ramen and you’ll be etched in my heart forever.

Having pastimes is tricky when running a business with littles however I’m determined to get back to reading, painting, making. I love getting outdoors.
The Dream?
Automating my business so I can focus on my 1:1 time with my clients. Living on some sort of homestead by the sea, cooking my home grown veg and getting into bed at night tired from lots of fresh air and good food.
